Shipping policy

We pride ourselves on processing most orders the same day they are received.
Orders are shipped via UPS Ground from our headquarters in San Carlos, California. A valid street address is required (no P.O. Boxes).
Orders over $250.00 qualify for FREE ground shipping throughout the continental United States (exclusing Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico).
On all shipping methods (UPS Next-Day, 2nd Day Air or 3-Day Select and UPS Global/International delivery), the customer pays costs according to package weight and destination. with any special delivery method, customers give Terminator® Diamond Products Inc. authorization to charge for this service.
UPS does NOT deliver on weekends or holidays.
To be processed the same day, Next Day orders must be placed no later than 1:00pm PST
