Refund policy

Return Policy:

• Return Material Authorization No. (RMA#) is required for all returns. An RMA# can be obtained by contacing Terminator® Diamond Products Inc. directly or your local Terminator® sales representative.
• Once an item is received and inspected, a 15% restock fee will be applied to all returned goods (non-defective products).
• All returns must be in original condition and shipped back in original, unopened packaging for credit.
• No returns authorized after 30 days from date of purchase.
• All claims of shortages (missing items) must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
• In regards to special order items, no returns will be authorized.
• Customers must pay shipping charges on all returns. Upon receipt and inspection, Terminator® Diamond Products Inc. will issue a refund on shipping charges if a shipping error occurred, or the product was proven defective.

Back Order Policy:

Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product, if an item is not in-stock, we will ship out the in-stock item(s) and hold the back-ordered item(s) until it is available.
